Active users showed a slight decline initially, dropping from 393K to 340K by early August, but then saw a recovery, peaking at nearly 388K in mid-September before settling at around 378K by the end of the quarter.

Bolt: Request a Ride experienced a steady increase in downloads, starting from 6.6K in late June and reaching a peak of 13.3K by mid-August.
